A little bit more about me 𖦹.✧˚
Hello world! I'm Meghna
I’m a Product Designer with 6+ years of experience designing intuitive, scalable experiences for complex B2B, enterprise, fintech, and B2B SaaS.
I specialize in untangling messy, friction-heavy workflows and translating complex user and business needs into clear, usable, and impactful product experiences. Much of my work has been in complex environments, where clarity, scale, and cross-team collaboration matter as much as visual polish.
Alongside enterprise systems, I’ve also worked on zero-to-one products, helping shape early-stage platforms from problem definition to MVP.
My journey into design began during engineering college, where I volunteered with the Mozilla Open Source community — an experience that sparked my interest in how systems, people, and technology intersect. After teaching myself design, I moved into building real-world products across multiple industries.
To build reliable, user-centered systems, I approach design with curiosity, clarity, and collaboration:
Ask Right questions early
I believe asking questions early — even the “basic” ones — helps cut through assumptions. Whether with PMs, developers, or users, I use inquiry to uncover the real problem before jumping into solutions.
Think strategically
I look beyond the immediate screen to consider scalability, constraints, and long-term growth. This ensures designs are not only intuitive today but also sustainable for the future.
Collaboration
Great design is a team sport. I work closely with cross-functional partners, bridging technical and design perspectives, to deliver solutions that balance user needs and business realities.
Bring Clarity through process
I value documentation and systems thinking. Clear design artifacts and consistent processes keep teams aligned and help products scale without losing quality.

I care about 3C's (Craft, Clarity, and Community).
I believe design gets better when we share what we learn. That's why I'm active in Toronto's design and tech communities—from IxDF(The Interaction Design Foundation) and Friends of Figma to TorontoJS, where I contribute as a product designer. I also built designroadmap, a curated resource library that started as a Google Sheet and has grown into something designers use .

Outside of product design, I doodle. Small illustrations that explore affirmations, storytelling, and the in-between moments. It's my way of staying curious.
